• Onboarding of new candidates including Induction, background check, joining formalities, 
and exit process.
• Addressing employee grievances and assisting senior management in developing new 
business units.
• Responsible for managing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Correspondence via letters, emails, and employee queries.
• Provide advice and guidance to team members for all process-related queries
• Maintains human resources records
• Recording of new hires, Transfers, Terminations, Changes in Job classifications, and Merit 
increases.
• Tracking vacation, Sick, and Personal time.
• Gathering, and withholding employee details and other payroll information.
• Documentation through the filing of human resources forms, reports, logs &records.
• Perform Position cleaning activity (remove unused position)

Human Resources Executive

Payroll
• Manage attendance both manually and using software through a card punching system as well. A record of each employee’s leaves and its management was also ensured.
• Calculation of Salaries & Wages is managed both manually and in software. Keeping a record of work overtime of each employee and calculation.
• Keeping a check on the record of staff and their term of service annually and calculating bonuses.
• Managing leaves of staff on a pro-rata basis and thereby allocating and sanctioning the leaves department-wise.
• Keeping the record of staff data and aiding in settling up the payments during the staff exit procedure.
Recruitment:-
• Interviewing shortlisted candidates after screening resumes.
• Properly keeping the record and maintaining the Joining Formalities
• Conducting Induction/Training programs for the recruits to familiarize them with the organizational goal.
Event Management
• Organizing various programs and events as part of the staff development activity and ensuring full participation and cooperation from each department and every employee.
• Celebrating major festivals and thereby boosting the morale of the employees. Performance management/appraisal system.
• Proper collection of self-evaluation forms duly filled by the employee & appraisal of their rating.
• Compiling of the computed evaluated sheets and recording the same in the employee database.
Training & Development
• Preparing the training modules as per the needs of Trainees.
• Maintaining an annual calendar for different training programs.
• Conducting effective training programs.
• Assessing the effectiveness of the training program conducted.
• Maintaining the records of the feedback in the feedback register.
Compliances
• Calculation, documentation, and updating of the new and existing PF (PMRPY, EPF & EPS.) & ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation)
• Filing up the documents for the LWF (Labor welfare fund).
• Calculation and computation of the Bonus & payment of Gratuit.
