	Currently working as an IT support person in an IT resource management company . My key resposiblities include giving desktop support to users, taking care of the LAN, daily backups (Tape backups) and setting up and configuring Cisco IP phones(79xx series) for the users. 1)	  Hands on experience on Dell servers(Dell PowerEdge 1750&1850 series)– installation and setup of Microsoft/Novell Netware OS’s on these servers.
2)	  Installation of Microsoft OS’s and adding clients PC’s to the domain and setting up printers etc…
3)	NDPS print servers – setting up and installing printers and printer drivers to the ndps print server and client pc’s
4)	 Cisco IP Phones – setting up, configuring IP Phones for users. Adding voice mailbox to the added phones. 
5)	Printers – Sound experience on setting up wide variety of printers - HP laserjet printers to HP mfp’s and Konica mfp’s
6)	Remote Client support using remote administration tools like webex,VNC, Team Viewer etc
7)	Email Server – Setting up  Groupwise  Post office agent (POA) and Mail transfer agent (MTA) on Netware servers.
8)	Backups – sound knowledge of  Symantec Backup Exec software for windows. Ensuring daily backups are taken successfully and on time.
9)	Administer and maintain Cisco Switches, Router and connections to systems.
10) Make IT based travel to regions based under us for eg, Chandigarh, Baku, Georgia, Mumbai, Singapore,Norway, Rosyth,Egypt,Angola,Abudhabi etc. for office setup , training IT personnel and interviews.
