	Currently working as an IT support person in an IT resource management company . 6)	Remote Client support using remote administration tools like webex,VNC, Team Viewer etc
7)	Email Server – Setting up  Groupwise  Post office agent (POA) and Mail transfer agent (MTA) on Netware servers.
8)	Backups – sound knowledge of  Symantec Backup Exec software for windows. Ensuring daily backups are taken successfully and on time.
9)	Administer and maintain Cisco Switches, Router and connections to systems.
10) Make IT based travel to regions based under us for eg, Chandigarh, Baku, Georgia, Mumbai, Singapore,Norway, Rosyth,Egypt,Angola,Abudhabi etc. for office setup , training IT personnel and interviews.
