As a Chief Revenue Officer, I have dedicated my career to building high-performance teams, beloved brands, and revenue. For me, marketing and sales are all about authentic communication of your story and just the right amount of behavioral psychology. Meet people where they are, listen with purpose, break the rules. The rest will come. One of my most remarkable achievements was leading New Heights Revenue & Growth Partners, a services firm that partners with early-stage startups. In this role, I identified a white space opportunity, validated it, and successfully brought it to market, sparking tremendous growth of $3.7M+ ACV into client pipelines, a remarkable +386% YoY increase. In my entrepreneurial venture as the Co-Founder of Edison Marks, a cybersecurity B2B SaaS startup, I launched the company and raised a substantial $300K Pre-Seed round, created $40K ARR within nine months of launch, and was honored as the NCIDEA Seed Grant award winner. I was also selected to participate in the highly competitive Cybersecurity startup accelerator, SWG Cyberxelerator, an accomplishment achieved by only five out of 900 applicants. My time as the Chief Revenue Officer at SCW, a leading provider of commercial-grade security products and services, marked a period of remarkable growth. I progressively grew revenue by 300%, from $6.1M to $20.4M within three years, significantly outpacing industry averages. I oversaw a substantial expansion of the team, scaled the organization from one to sixteen, and architected the GTM of an AI-based surveillance platform, Survail. At Chargeback, as EVP of Sales & Customer Success—with a mandate to devise a go-to-market strategy and build the team to execute against it—I achieved the ambitious goal of driving $1.26M in ARR within 124 days of the product launch, secured two of the top nine largest e-commerce merchants in the country, and actively participated in raising $4.2M Series A funding. My career has been an exciting journey, characterized by relentless innovation, ambitious growth targets, and an unwavering commitment to building successful teams and brands.
