I believe that separation should not be a life sentence. I see so many clients under tremendous stress, feeling they've lost all control, burdened by a heavy mental load. I mentor parents so they experience a less stressful process. I provide them with tools to communicate more effectively so they can better meet their children's needs and smoothly adapt to the new realities of parenting separately.
