SF based coach (CPCC, PCC) and facilitator working with leaders at all levels to uplevel their results, and themselves. I spent the first chapter of my career building frameworks, products, and then teams at BCG, Google, and successful startups. Now I spend my days building leaders - I partner with organizations to help them develop and retain talent through coaching and custom-designed learning experiences. I also facilitate (virtually and in person) for The Grand World and the Stanford GSB's Women in Management (WIM) Program. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, I was most recently one of the earliest business hires at Persona Identities, an identity verification platform that achieved unicorn status in 2021. Upon joining, I established and led the company's GTM Operations, including revamping pricing and launching a self-serve product offering. In my final role, I led a team of talented Customer Success Managers on initiatives that spanned adoption, revenue growth and retention. Prior to joining Persona, I worked at tech companies of various stages in Operations, Strategy, and Product Partnership roles. Due to my interest in building and growing tech companies and leaders, I also invest in startups as a Limited Partner at First Row Capital and through my own angel investments. I believe that diverse teams are better teams and have been actively involved in cultivating and mentoring diverse talent through my work with Forte and YearUp. When I'm not coaching or advising you can find me reading contemporary fiction and giving out high fives on the Peloton platform as stephmovesahead.
