Strength of people development, developing team acumen, building high performance trusting teams and a strong belief of developing succession plans has always been my focus within my portfolio .I am well experienced with all aspects of building diverse business plans both for urban and resort environments, Geo Marketing, Re-Positioning, Revenue Management, People Development, channel and segment optimization and the Sales Process in a luxury hotel environment, Carrying visible and inspirational leadership to deliver sustainable results through energized, motivated and result oriented teams, I have been consistently recognized for directing and leading highly engaged teams across brands i have worked with. I am currently overseeing the Four Seasons Resorts of Thailand in Koh Samui, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai as a Senior Director of Marketing since April 2021,directly accountable for the strategic planning, development and leadership of the Marketing function for all three resorts. Alongside the same, i am engaged in an Operations Immersion plan. I undertook the dual role of a Director of Marketing and overlooked the portfolio of the Director of Rooms while working closely with food & beverage operations during the covid domestic recovery of the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore for five months prior to my transfer to the Thailand portfolio.
