Leveraging this phenomenal success, the company continues to innovate with new products that push the parameters of what’s possible in mobile photography.

Executive Director of the eXpansys group, the world's largest online Consumer Electronics Superstore. Operating in over 140 countries, with millions of satisfied Customers.  Spearheaded the eXpansys businesses in North America, Portix (Distribution), MobilePlanet.com & eXpansys-usa.com  (Ecommerce Retailer).

•	Full P&L responsibility for North American businesses and UK distribution business.
•	Following full strategic review of US businesses initiated broader development of customer channels and enhanced systems and process to drive much need efficiencies.
•	Re-defined US ecommerce strategy, culminating in launch of locally developed MobilePlanet website.	
•	Launched distribution business in the US, took revenues to $15m in year 2
•	Successfully developed sales channels for HTC, MWG, i-Mate, Parrot in the US
•	Launched partnership in Mexico to improve process & sales in the region, growing sales by 55% in the first year.
•	Reduced employee related expenses by 50% from 2008 – 2010 through efficiency programs while maintaining positive contributions to group.
•	Reduced inventories by over 60% by improving supplier fulfillment processes, whilst increasing customer delivery lead-time accuracy to over 98%..

President, North American Operations

Portix Group Ltd

A UK based Value Added Distributor of mobile computing solutions. In September 2004 sold 70% of Portable Plc to eXpansys to become their distribution arm and build an international business under the band name Portix. Following a full business review post acquisition, implemented a three-year strategic plan to accelerate growth by leveraging the eXpansys infrastructure, and exploiting new channel opportunities.

•	Doubled existing revenues in 2005, and over 50% growth in 2006 by launching and developing the reseller channels for i-mate, HTC & Tom Tom.
•	Integrated the back office functions to eXpansys to leverage the eXpansys organization, improve efficiency and significantly reduce administration costs.
•	Rapidly expanded vendor portfolio into key new segments (converged devices) gaining exclusive contracts with strategic vendors.
•	Defined and established new retail and carrier customers channels including Vodafone, O2, Dixons Stores Group, QVC & John Lewis Partnership.

Managing Director

Portable Plc (Formerly Portable Add-ons Ltd)

A UK based Value Added Distributor of mobile computing solutions. Led a management buy out of the business in Nov 2000, leading to full relocation & re-financing of the company, defining a new strategy and establishing focus on key product growth areas.

•	Secured new vendor contracts in key growth areas including Psion Computers, Palm, Ericsson, Orange Toshiba, and Sony.
•	Sales growth exceeding 40% in two years by developing specialise sales channels for Palm, Sony Mobile Devices & Toshiba.

Xircom Inc.

A market leader in mobile computing information access products with a turn over in FY99 of $410m.  Part of the Senior Management team defined and implemented sales strategy, to maintain high growth targets, building 1st class teams of Distribution Account Managers, Corporate &amp; Resellers Account Managers, 30 staff in 7 countries.

•	Accomplished revenue growth of 68% (to $137m) over prior year.
•	Nurtured geographic sales office growth in 7 countries
•	Accomplished revenue growth of 53% over FY97 ($82m) across EMEA, Growth in FY97 vs. FY96 of 43%.
•	Secured, maintained and developed successful relationships with all the Pan European Distributors (C2000, Ingram, CHS/Merisel &amp; Azlan) at all levels. 
•	Managed Distribution Account Managers based in the UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy &amp; Belgium.

Senior Sales Manager - EMEA

A leading broad-line distributor of Information technology products. As the Business Manger, owned full responsibility for all aspects of the vendor relationship and products, driving rapid sales growth through innovative product marketing programs. Vendor responsibility included Intel, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Nokia, Motorola and Xircom. 

•	Expanded business from £2.2m in 1991 to £15.5m for 1994.

My passion for technology, sales and marketing has driven value for organizations and their customers for over 30 years. In that time I have successfully operated at all levels within the CE/IT channel in Europe and the United States. From owning and running value-added distribution business, developing distribution and retail sales channels for major vendors across North America, EMEA, and working globally for 6 years with olloclip, leading its sales, marketing & operations to develop the company’s global brand presence in the most prestigious of channels. 

Now through EXPAND, we are assisting the next wave of innovative brands to establish themselves within one or all regions globally.
