● Research on Talent acquisition strategy used in recruitment that focuses on finding,
attracting, hiring, growing, and retaining top talents inside an organization.
● Improvement in recruitment process as per market talent benchmarking
● Develop strategies on talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
● Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics (Cost to hire, Time to hire, Quality of
hire)
● Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent
acquisition challenges
