I am an engineer with an MBA (Human Resources) and a reputation as a visionary leader and standout performer. I have spent the majority of my career as a Human Resources Professional in global multinational Fortune 500 companies. I have led very complex assignments across the human capital value chain predominantly in Corporate/Global roles. My areas of expertise include - Enablement, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, Employee Communications, and HR Business Partnering. My industry sector experience is varied having worked in engineering, logistics, high tech/IT, and in the education sector. In my current role at Salesforce.com, I manage a strategic portfolio of enablement programs for Professional Services and Customer Success aimed to increase pipegen and ACV. I am passionate about nurturing high-performing individuals and enjoy coaching and mentoring. I serve as an advisory council member on the Harvard Business Review where I provide insights to shape content. I also serve as an executive member on the ICF Australasia Team.
