With 18 years of rich working experience spanning product management, growth, digital and traditional marketing, I have a proven track record of driving success for growth-stage and scale-up companies. In my previous roles, I grew the product at Syfe from 0 to 10 as a robo advisory and brokerage platform across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. I set up product-led growth teams at Grofers (now Blinkit) and VWO. I've even founded a digital agency and a D2C pets food brand in my adventure. As most product people, I have a deep passion for understanding how people think and the mental models they create to make decisions. At growth-stage and scale-up companies I didn’t have the luxury of waiting for user research to roll in. This drove me to develop a successful framework that helps teams iterate and validate faster. I researched and adapted experimentation methods from industry experts like Marty Cagan, Dan Olsen, Alberto Savoia, Jake Knapp and others. This framework has helped me create consumer solutions such as financial planners, subscription services, personalised content feeds, and intuitive onboarding flows, among others. With this experience and success under my belt, I now enjoy helping product teams adapt this Product Discovery framework. It helps them to transform from feature teams that execute projects to teams that can independently and predictively achieve large customer and business objectives, such as increasing retention and improving acquisition on a tight deadline.
