I was brought into ezCater to grow the Caterer Partnerships Network and to expand the team of Inside Sales reps.  ezCater simplifies corporate catering orders down to the push of a button, and makes it easy (pun certainly intended) to ensure that corporate catering is hassle-free for admins and traveling sales reps.

●Grew team by 3X, from 6 reps to 17.
●Added 5,300 different catering/restaurant locations to the Caterer Network.
●Changed entire strategy of sales focus, away from a “spray and pray” model to targets based on population, catering orders, and Google ad impressions.
●Restructured rep commission plan to incentivize reps to close business in new target cities; removed kickers from a plan that awarded bonuses prior to meeting goal.
●Implemented HubSpot CRM for a team that was using no CRM at all.
●Launched a single sales rep initiative to provide catering/restaurant coverage for National Sales territories.

I started working for Care.com to help ramp up sales of SMB marketing and recruiting subscriptions through the efforts of a yet to be built inside sales team.  By implementing an effective hiring, training, and retaining strategy, I've been able to grow the team by 4x and consistently double expected bookings from SMB subscriptions year over year.

I’m responsible for running the Business Services Inside Sales team (the first Inside Sales team the company has ever had).  It’s under my direction to manage territory planning, market focus, compensation plans, sales coaching/rep development, email marketing, and gathering market intelligence.  Additionally, from a product perspective, I’m responsible for sales roll-outs and product enhancements.  Throughout my 4.7 years at Care.com, I have had a 25% internal promotion rate for all inside sales reps that I have managed.
