Confession: If I didn't start writing on LinkedIn in December 2022:

-> I'd be working a job that required me to work 12 hours a day (Sunday included)
-> Calling 250 people every day to cold pitch their products

Isn't it scary?

But yes, it would have been my reality today.

After hitting my first milestone in June 2022, I started losing all of my clients one after another.

From August to December, I was only left with 1 client who was paying me 8% of what I'm earning today.

- I was losing hope.
- I was doubting myself.
- I started looking for jobs.

But then one day, while traveling to another city, I thought enough was enough and promised myself to stop making excuses.

Then I wrote my introduction post, sitting right there on the train, and posted it right away.

😏 I didn't care about the low engagement.
😏 I didn't care about writing the perfect post.
😏 I didn't care about what people would think.

That one decision helped me START and break free from the mental blocks that were holding me back.

And the best part?

I got a client from LinkedIn within a month!

Who says success = fat paychecks & fancy cars?

My recent wins prove otherwise.

If I ask you all about your definition of success, most of you will say:

- Earning in 7 figures
- Going on an expensive vacation
- Living a luxury lifestyle
- Owning cars, houses, gadgets, and whatnot!

But, recently, I've seen success in various faces.

↳ A client who said I'm not good enough in 2022, reached out to me a few weeks ago to ask if I could hire her.

↳ Someone ghosted me after getting work done worth INR 3,000 and I got a collaboration opportunity the very same day 10x of that amount, that too for a bare minimum effort.

↳ 3 prospects who ghosted me a few months back, now reaching out and requesting me to help with their brand.

↳ There were days when I'd cry about not getting enough days to today when I cry about not being able to reply to all the inbound leads on time - isn't it the most beautiful problem to have?

Now, I understand that success isn't just about money.

Sometimes it's just about:

- Confidence
- Self-belief
- Recognising your worth

First quarter of 2024 is over, and so is financial year 2023-24!

This quarter has been a blessing for me 🫣

📍 Q1 review:

💡 Work and personal brand:

- Onboarded 3 new clients (2 high paying)
- Got 5 viral reels for 1 client (3 of them in January itself)
- Reached 20K followers on LinkedIn
- Got amazing collaboration opportunities for my LinkedIn
- Hired my first team member (and counting!)
- Getting consistent flow of leads on Instagram
- Reached a major financial goal (this was long due)
- Fully booked out for April

🌻 Personal:

- Took a mini vacation to Rishikesh
- Started working out and taking my physical health seriously
- Started reading while traveling instead of watching FRIENDS again



📍 Q2 goals:

💡 Work and personal brand:

- Onboard 5 new clients
- Hire 2 more team members
- Build my agency website
- 3x my current revenue
- 2x my LinkedIn audience
- Create more content on Instagram

🌻 Personal:

- Execute my Workation plan
- Get fit and healthy
- Read more
