I enjoy exploring the possibility of using my skills and experience to work in today's world of energy management and efficiency, engineering and facilities management. I am passionate about improving the sustainability of the built environment. I have a master's degree in facilities management and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Additionally, I am currently at NAIT studying Alternative Energy Technology. I am a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and an accredited LEED Green Associate . I have more than 7 years of multidisciplinary experience in the field of energy and building systems As a facility maintenance supervisor and junior maintenance engineer, I have been provided with the skills and knowledge to ensure the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of public and commercial infrastructure. As an energy analyst, I have had the opportunity to lead and/or assist in energy project management/development, greenhouse gas emissions monitoring, climate action planning, energy auditing, bill analysis, and facilities management, empowering me to lead and act as an energy and climate ambassador to the wider community.
