I am in charge of a Help Desk,  Cloud and Ground Infraestructure Department  and a  Software Team Engineers, that attend Incidents, Events and Requests that come from the Production Platforms that we have operating on the differents  financial  and banking institutions of the region (Panamá, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Dominican Republic and Ecuador ).

* Presentation and delivery of Business Intelligence services.

I was in charge of the Applications for the Logistics area (FES-Delivery) at the regional level and had the following functions towards the 6 countries of Central America, throughout the entire project: merger of 3 banks in different countries:
* Project Management and Administration: manage the complete portfolio of projects such as minor projects, Legacy applications, Migration projects to new platforms and Major Projects.
* Application of the Life Cycle designed for the corporate framework.
* Follow-up, Control and Creation of Management indicators established by Senior Management in the USA.
* Management and direct and matrix coordination of multidisciplinary staff in the 6 countries of the region.
* Responsible for presenting Performance reports to senior management.
* Provide and implement solutions to logistics managers in each of the countries in the region.
* Development of Applications for the Logistics area covering all Credit Card products.
* Management of the budget of the software factory in Panama.

I was working like a Technical Lead in charge as the technical  team of programmers and systems analysts who was developing new applications for the distribution of credit cards, account statements and everything related to the logistics process related to Citibank Bank credit cards.
It maintained contact with the regional areas so that the new local systems were released and were ready and able to receive the Core Banking interfaces.

As Outsourcing of Proservis, for Banco Citibank in Panama, I was programming in the Power Builder language several applications to  different areas of the bank, for example; Applications for receiving payments, accounting closings, refunds, distribution of cards and credit card inventory controls, etc. The most important achievement I had it was the creation of FES-Delivery, which later became a regional application.
