DXC Technology

Selling and managing third party software solutions. Providing licensing guidance and strategic consulting services to Service Providers.

•	Contract Management – Involved in all aspects of contract development including the complete onboarding process, addressing licensing quotes, enquiries, day-to-day issues and escalations. Collaborate with vendors on program updates, including understanding upcoming changes to pricing, product releases, program alterations and support the customer with upcoming changes.  

•	Customer Service – Ensure a first class customer experience at all times throughout the initial welcome and interaction, sales process and after sales care. Work closely with clients to develop tailor-made solutions that enhance their business & liaise with internal colleagues in all departments to ensure all client needs are met precisely. 

•	Client Relationship Management – Build rapport quickly with new clients. Ensure strong and long term relationships are forged with clients through effective communication, exceptional customer service and flexible & helpful manner.

•	Communication – Ability to deal with internal & external customers face to face or via telephone and email, to ensure successful communicate via actively listening and probing questions.

•	Product knowledge – Committed to building an extensive knowledge base in relation to the brand, from which to draw from when dealing with clients.  Keep up-to-date on licensing rules of the Service Provider License Agreement program

•	Personnel Training/Induction – Actively involved in training and development of new staff, primarily in the area of strategic problem solving of customer issues

Successfully managed high profile accounts for world renowned companies including NTT Communications, Ericsson, British Telecom & Hewlett-Packard

Developed and expanded multiple accounts through delivery of exceptional service, growing accounts to values in excess of €50 million

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

•	Registered all customers on internal ERP system in an efficient and accurate manner.

•	Analysed and answered queries from various product teams, sales staff and management across the organization.

•	Prioritised requests and met deadlines depending on urgency or status, multi-tasking to deliver efficiency and quality.

•	Delivered monthly quality reports encompassing information across departments, ensuring metrics were achieved.

•	Provided training and resources to new members of the team, conveying the ethos of the company and promoting a positive working environment amongst team members.

Registration Specialist

•	Created daily reports to check on delivery schedules, identify problems as they arise and seek to provide solutions

•	Communicated with customers to assure them actions had been put in place to have their order delivered as soon as possible

•	Provided monthly Quality Reports to show “On-Time” delivery targets were being met by couriers

•	Worked with couriers to implement improvements that made the delivery process better and more efficient
