Driven by a passion for sustainable development, my career has been devoted to advancing sustainable technologies, digitalisation, and education. I understand the importance of both technical innovation and behavioural changes in working towards the Sustainable Development Goals. At AFRY I lead efforts primarily in strategy and business development, in line with our sustainability targets. My professional experience is a blend of technical curiosity, executive leadership, and entrepreneurial drive and my experience spans from the complexities of M&A in large corporations to the agility of startups, showcasing a multifaceted understanding of business dynamics and technology development with an emphasis on change. Founding and expanding my own startups together with investing in start-ups have solidified my dedication to innovation, with highlights including winning the prestigious Guldtrappan Award for digital school development and spearheading a global initiative on education for sustainable development in collaboration with renowned universities, researchers and organisations. My career began as an Executive Trainee at ABB, underpinned by an M.Sc. in Vehicle Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology. Additional training from for example Esade Business School, New York Institute of Finance, and a board member certification from Styrelseinstitutet have enriched my knowledge and skills.
