About Incuva House's 2022 Incubation and Pre-incubation Programs: I designed the program structure, developed the session's content, and managed to maintain a 100 NPS. I was responsible for tracking the participating teams, planning, coordinating, and ensuring that each session with guest speakers (founders, investors, and corporate executives) took place accordingly.

Operations & Program Intern 

Created and developed an entrepreneurship course for university students focused on user validation and ideation to solve a problem of SDG #12 "Responsible Consumption and Production". 

Required great organization, attention to detail, and analysis with a desire to promote entrepreneurship knowledge among university students and encourage them to create solutions that impact people.

For 3 days and 2 nights, all the teams had to understand and analyze Alicorp's business to ideate, prototype, code an MVP, and pitch to a jury a solution that would transform the management of their clients and boost their growth.

SpinOut UTEC

Spinout UTEC is the 1st innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) community in Peru. Founded in 2016 by University Innovation Fellows from the Stanford's d.school. It is a community of university students that promotes I&E, empathy, and uncertainty, on and off-campus, with the aim that everyone can create their own opportunities and share their knowledge. to create a maker ecosystem in the region.

EPFL Tech4Impact

The Tech4Impact Summer School is an 8-weeks immersive virtual experience for students from across the world with the aim to develop innovative and sustainable solutions addressing core societal challenges in the Global South. The program is jointly organized by a consortium of internationally renowned universities and NGOs under the leadership of EPFL Tech4Impact. 

 Throughout the 8 weeks, we: 
- Learn and apply the main concepts of sustainable entrepreneurship
- Learn the development process of sustainable technologies as well as the context-specific challenges involved in their real application 
- Develop teamwork and intercultural communication skills by working in teams with students from around the world 
- Build and be part of community of student entrepreneurs

Responsive web platform developed to automate the registration of clinical trials through forms, which collect information on cancer patients in different hospitals in the country. Work with WE2VIDEO Platform to learn megatrends, tools, and strategies to carry out successful face to face and real-time CX. Write for an interactive campaign; customize interactive Digital Media Rooms, develop multicast strategies (one-to-many or many-to-many), post content on social media channels, engage with people face to face in real-time, implement strategies with a Call to Action (Producer changes and edit content in the realtime driving engagement at key moments, rewards viewers for their participation, generates bi and multi-directional conversations, etc) or analyze the effectiveness of your efforts using a program like Google Analytics.

Interactive Digital Innovation Internship

I am a Management & Digital Business student, passionate about innovation, startups, entrepreneurship, and technology. I am effective at solving problems and adept at viewing situations from various perspectives to develop creative solutions with unconventional ideas while remaining pragmatic. Throughout my career, I have designed and executed projects that address user needs, with a particular focus on developing User Experiences (UX) and Interfaces (UI).
