Selecting and approaching professionals for the following vacancies: social advertising marketer, eBusiness product owner, email marketers and a digital campaign specialist. 

I also did Recruitment for the contact centre. Through a large-scale marketing campaign on various channels (including LinkedIN, Instagram and Facebook), we were able to generate more than 100 applications. As a result, full classes started in the months of May and June and the contact centre was able to meet its need for FTEs.

I recently had the pleasure of helping Landal Greenparks with their recruitment needs. We started by looking for medior and senior marketing positions. The positions included social advertising marketer, product owner eBusiness, email marketers and a digital campaign specialist. 

After this, we helped the Contact Center of Landal Greenparks find new customer service employees. Through a large-scale marketing campaign on various channels (including LinkedIN, Instagram and Facebook) we were able to generate more than 100 applications. At Faculty of Skills, I am responsible for the recruitment of various positions. This includes rewriting vacancies, posting them on job boards and using LinkedIN Jobslots. In addition, I proactively approach and qualify potential suitable professionals. 

The positions I have filled here are: junior project manager, senior project manager and back office employee.

My work at JouwICTvacature.nl focused on the ERP/SAP market in the Netherlands. 

I was responsible for finding new clients, maintaining existing partnerships and finding suitable professionals for open positions. This meant actively searching and approaching candidates, screening them and eventually introducing them to the client.

IT Sales Recruitment Consultant

At the &Work label, I was responsible for connecting IT professionals to companies. 

I did this for roles within the business intelligence, data, enterprise resource planning market, infrastructure and development market. 

Using their own CRM system and by using LinkedIn Recruiter, I looked for suitable professionals. I then proactively approach these professionals and screened them by phone to see if there is a match from both sides. If so, I guide the professional through the process from beginning to end, taking into account the interests of the professional and the interests of the client in order to achieve a good match. 

As a result, I have made more than 25 matches between professionals and clients. You can find the recommendations of these professionals at the bottom of my page.

IT-recruiters

T&E Studenten Uitzendbureau

At this time, T&E Studentenuitzendbureau focused on the deployment of hospitality and catering staff and TV audiences. The recruitment of candidates first went through all kinds of different people who did part of the process. It was my job to make this a clear and efficient process where we could recruit higher numbers.

I was responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. This involved writing and re-writing job advertisements, posting them on job boards, and actively approaching our current database. I also set up work actions with various student associations, study associations and sports clubs. In this way, they could pay their dues by, for example, working at Mysterland. Then I planned and conducted job interviews with the candidates. These were either one-on-one or in groups. 
If there was a match, I drew up the contracts and finalised them. I carefully matched them with the right account manager, so that they could be immediately scheduled for fun shifts. 

To make this possible, I made a KPI sheet, set up a CRM system and digitised part of the process. This resulted in higher acceptances, fewer hours and more clarity in the process.
