Door Kraft is a 100% family-owned and operated business. Since 2004, we have served our long-standing customers with the same values that hold true today. We have become the third-largest exporter into USA from Vietnam. On a monthly basis we export 100 containers/month of complete RTA cabinets, drawer parts, and components. This is done without our branding for our volume buying customers who enjoy our less than 0.5% defect rate and market-floor pricing. 

Started by the same owner, Cosmo Cabinets is a frameless cabinet manufacturer occupying a 300,000+ SFT facility in Eatonton, GA (90 min outside Atlanta, GA). With a dedicated team of 150 skilled professionals, Cosmo’s primary target is multi-family apartments, where they provide installation services, too. 

Together, Door Kraft and Cosmo Cabinets tell a story and provide competitive capabilities unrivaled by others who only manufacture or only import.

I started this company as a college student. We went on to service several universities, open two offices, and hire a time of 30+ people. The company's assets were acquired by a strategic PE group.

Babson College

Teamed up YNG Chapter with Babson College to begin a scholarship fund for underprivileged students to Babson. The project is innovative: students get selected by showing examples of entrepreneurship within their communities, and the donors get to be the judges.

The Young Presidents’ Organization is a global network of chief executives. The Young Next Generation group allows for children of YPO members to connect and thus enhance their college learning experience.	

The Babson Chapter has grown to become the largest YNG group in the world. Babson is now an example of the successful YNG @University model.

I helped in making this chapter a success.

Kin + Carta

Acted as a Scrum Master, Product Manager, and QA. We mapped the inside of a 15,000 sq ft office using Google's Project Tango which we then stuck on a robot as it's brain. 

Our mission? Can this robot deliver soft drinks to people at their desks. We made it work.

Selected as one of eight CEO's amongst eighty students who also applied. Won first place in the class amongst the eight CEOs. The class professor later invested in my startup.

Responsibilities were to be a part of an amazing team to solve real world company problems every week. We often presented our solutions to the company CEOs.

Grameen Foundation

Lead a project in working with 20 villagers and helped them start their own businesses while tracking results. My recommendations were presented in a research paper on successfully scaling microfinancing practices to broader India.

Micro-finance impact analyst

Soham Khaitan is an entrepreneur and business leader who specializes in operations, distribution, and marketing and sales. He has a proven track record of success, having started and sold an edTech SaaS business in his senior year of college that raised $10M and was featured as #1 on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

When he's not focused on business, Soham enjoys soccer (Arsenal + Atlanta United), videography, improv comedy, and working out. He loves being outdoors and is always up for a good hike.
