I’ve had the privilege of leading digital product teams on fire about solving human problems via technology. We have fun with software development projects, Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, and UX in Product Management. Maximizing value for all stakeholders by practicing human empathy and innovation in our digital product solutions is my passion. I love coaching and supporting high-performing teams to achieve demanding organizational and product goals. I previously served as a player-coach and provided mentoring, coaching and support to all Product Owners, Product Managers and Group Product Managers in application development teams in client-facing and internal environments. I developed training for Product team members in the areas of continuous discovery, backlog management & prioritization, led with empathy and stressed design thinking principles. Another passion of mine is serving as Agile Coach on engagements with internal and external teams for successful agile adoptions and transformations.
