•	In-charge of Devices (Product) and responsible for overall supervision of the Devices
•	Supervise the offloading process and arrangement of the consignment
•	Maintain record of receipt and issuance of items going of the Warehouse
•	Involve in stock reconciliations of physical stock with stock in the system
•	Monitor stocks transfer to the appropriate stores through the CRM
•	Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
•	Maintaining items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

Supply Chain/ Warehouse and Logistics management

•	Involve in stock reconciliations of physical stock with stock in the system
•	Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
•	Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
•	Maintaining accurate records of stock transactions
•	Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stocks

 Inventory and Logistics Management

1. Resolve customer complaints through the CRM
2. Provide information/ inquiries regarding products and services
3. Selling of product to the walking customers
4. Activating paid plan to customer through the CRM
5. Rising of TT (trouble ticketing) on behalf of customer for complaints
6. Renew customers account from the CRM
7. Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
