Currently serving as Principal Energy Manager for DTE Energy on the Ford Land | Ford Motor Company | DTE Energy Partnership. 

 Prior to Ford Land / Ford Motor Company was Energy Engineer II at Franklin Energy Services where I served on the DTE Energy's Energy Efficiency for Business Program. Before joining Franklin Energy Services, I was Operations Energy Engineer at Impact Energy Management where I primarily focused on developing and leading the implementation of energy efficiency projects. Played key roles in performing forensic evaluations of energy efficiency projects.

 Previously served in key roles at the Kumasi Institute of Technology and Environment (KITE) for over seven years. Key activities here included being part of the team that developed a 2.5 million Euro biomethanization project for electricity generation as well as serving as KITE's representative on a multi-company project: "e-Commerce and Renewable Energy, eCARE", a UNF/UNEP sponsored project that helped to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban communities in Ghana. Represented Ghana on a 6-member international team that developed a tool for assessing the impact of energy interventions in developing countries.
