I'm a passionate B Corp Leader using business as a force for good.  After co-founding creative communications agency, Something Big, more than two decades ago, I have since led our transition to employee-ownership in 2021 and B Corp certification in 2022. At Something Big, we’re on a mission to make a meaningful difference to the way business is done. In the journey to a creating a better world, I'm working hard to go beyond good intentions, promises and commitments by taking proactive action on fairness and equity in the workplace. I’m focused on reducing carbon emissions and inspiring others around me to do their bit, no matter how big or small. I try to keep my life brimming with opportunity and optimism. I hope to make a positive impact to people and planet through the businesses I lead, our customers' goals, the charities we support, the individuals I mentor and coach, and my rapidly maturing children, who I am raising to be positive world citizens.
