Associate Financial Analyst

2iQ Research GmbH is cloud-based data and analytics provider, specializing in smart, efficient capturing and processing of company filings and data.

Operational Responsibilities; 
• Analyzed corporate filings, annual reports, politician's financial filings, and funds activity of the listed companies. 
• Gauge news flow and scrutinize annual reports of companies to develop a thorough understanding of trading activity. 
• Assist in generating trade signals using trend analysis, quantitative analysis, and qualitative research. 
• Assign hierarchical positions to insiders based on a standardized proprietary international schema. 
• Extensively research on the ownership structure of controlled entities. 
• Liaise with IR (Investor Relations) department of listed companies to gather accurate account of company affairs. 
• Analyze companies for a better understanding of their executive remuneration policies, employee's incentive plans and forms of internal financing that leads to director dealings. 
• Making continuous improvement of the data quality and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
• Receive the insider trading data from different financial markets in Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania (Australia & New Zealand), and process them, analyze them, and provide to our investors.
