Together with my team, we've optimised performance for Fortune 500 giants through cutting-edge cluster setups & MySQL/MariaDB training. Currently, I'm entrusted with managing key customer accounts in Atlanta & overseeing our exceptional team in Noida, India. My expertise spans operations, HR strategic positioning, performance tuning, & business turnaround —accomplishing more with less. I also serve as an e-commerce evangelist at Ecommercenext and co-founder of Idea Raft, a platform that nurtures young innovators. It's inspired by the 13P Foundation's vision of creating a springboard for the next generation of inventors. Prior to these roles, I served as Senior VP of Operations at Happiest Minds Technologies, a leading IT company in India, where my role was to lead the integration alongside handling operations. I have also served as Head of Operations, VP Delivery, Senior Program Manager, Sr. MySQL Consultant, Trainer, & Project Manager at OSSCube where I was involved with mentoring teams, focusing on building new capabilities, developing insights, being accountable for customer success, key stages of SDLC, analysis, design & development, testing & maintenance, Database expert with hands on involvement in complex projects & consulting engagements.
