Currently leading the accelerator program of QNBEYOND which backed startups like Midas, ikas, ango.ai (acq by iMerit), Hockeystack (YC S23), KolayBi, Flowla... and investing globally with QNBEYOND Ventures. As a Head of Innovation and Business Design Lead at Dogma Alares, a multi-disciplinary consulting house founded by experienced consulting leaders; I led management consultancy projects mainly focused on digital venture building in fintech, retail, and logistics. Before Dogma Alares, I was the Founder of inValue, which was acquired by Dogma Alares in 2019. As a founder of inValue, I created a unique framework for large-scale corporate innovation projects and corporate venture builder. As a Co-Founder of Tarlamvar (a small-scale farmers' marketplace), I worked on growth, corporate sales, and operations. As a Founding Member and Head of Growth on Scorp, I led the development of the first community, user acquisition, content creation, growth, and global expansion teams. Additionally, co-founded a community called Yeni Nesil Kafası which aims to solve productivity issues in the startup ecosystem in Turkey.
