As the Head of Membership & Business Development at the Insurance Information Institute (Triple-I), I oversee the development and execution of innovative and effective membership acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for the trusted source of unique, data-driven insights on insurance. I also manage and grow the revenue streams from sponsorships, advertising, and partnerships, leveraging my strong network and negotiation skills. I work closely with the senior leadership team, the board of directors, and the staff to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization and to deliver value and impact to the insurance industry.
