- Delivering sales pitch to SME’s, as well as assisting with sales pitch to larger merchants.

- Proactively identify and respond to client queries/questions as well as being first point of call for all client queries. 
-	Acquired knowledge in: IT and security language (firewalls, IP), as well as payment processing and fraud prevention. 
-	Basic SQL query’s analysis and monitoring expertise. 
-	Distribute and carry out cases within the different teams and ensuring the issues are being internally resolved while updating and notifying the client.

 Technical Customer Support Analyst

Disney Store

It was my role as a cast member to maintain the ‘Image of Disney’ as a company while giving excellent Guest (Customer) Service. Other responsibilities included working on the till and promoting products , preparing for stock take, organising the stock room and refilling the shop floor while maintaining an appearance (both myself and the store appearance) and I was also in charge of organising and effectuating the magical princess events on Saturdays. Being a smiley, bubbly and talkative individual made it easier to communicate with the different targeted customers ranging from kids to elderly people.

My trilingual ability was also very helpful due to the amounts of tourists that visited the store every day specially during the 9 months of my stay in Disney Store Champs Elysées. Working for Disney for over three years really broadened my knowledge about the Disney products and also about the Walt Disney company as a whole which hand in hand with an outstanding Guest Service performance allowed me to obtain the Disney Ambassador title.
