I coordinated the software development team in order to best satisfy the clients’ needs, keeping in mind the four constraints of a project - time, budget, scope, and quality. I followed a strict communicational process, before-hand approved with the client. I monitored and reported task statuses, having both a project and an organizational point of view upon taking the best decisions at a given moment.
The clients I worked with vary from direct to intermediary customers, with different needs and concerns, specific to the domain they activate in.
Main activities:
- Understand the clients’ needs and transform them into clear tasks
- Coordinate the software development team in the estimation process
- Alongside my colleagues, plan the project and help them to best deliver their work inside the project’s objectives
- Manage the PM tools (Asana, Trello)
- Create and implement, if needed, a risk management plan
- Periodically report the project status to the stakeholders
- Try to best use the team’s strengths and further help them develop their professional knowledge
- Create custom reports for clients based on the data obtained from MySQL databases

Prepare the client through a phone-call for the airing period: explain how Groupon works and what to be expected on the airing day and the following days
Check the preview prepared by the content team as to include all the information provided by the sales person (pictures and text)
Send the preview to the partner and request his / her approval upon it
Resolve any unplanned issues that might occur in the airing period
Request and document feedback from the partner

Help the client choose the best implementation strategy for their requirements
Manage team members (programmers, copywriters and designers) in order to achieve the project’s scope within the time and cost restrains
Plan the project phases and assure that all the them are properly accomplished
Report the status of the project to the client
