I have over 25 years of experience in L&D, spanning various industries and domains, such as banking, technology, and education. As an AI certified business professional, I help L&D professionals to shift from simply using AI and tools to solving problems with AI. I design and deliver Masterclasses and workshops to build awareness and skills to harness AI in the right way amongst L&D professionals. I also help you to design solutions by using AI or AI enabled features of existing technology in your environment. Optimizing productivity, boosting performance, and engagement. As an L&D Transformation Consultant and an Author, helping organizations to innovate and align their learning ecosystems with their business goals and outcomes. As a designer, I have blue printed and applied the SEE-DD Framework, a unique and practical approach that enables L&D teams to deliver learning solutions that are agile, responsive, and effective. The underpinning principles being speed, elasticity, empathy, data, and design. With this framework, I have achieved high engagement rates (up to 90%) and tangible business outcomes (84%) for my clients and partners. My passion is to empower L&D professionals and learners with the skills, tools, and mindsets that they need to thrive in the rapidly changing world.
