Accelerated Egencia India delivery center, by focusing on hiring and building new teams: from 40 engineers to 90+ FTE.

Defined strategy and Product vision for Train product. Led 3 teams for Train LOB. Oversaw design and implementation of Train Supply Connectivity that Expedia leverages and contributes. Delivered SE and US Rail, key product for migrating clients coming from Via travel acquisition and Orbitz acquisition.
Managed offshore team in Hyderabad and Cochin.

Led program for Egencia Expansion, delivering new online solution for 6 new Points of Sale: Poland, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India
Drove delivery of new features required to migrate Via Travel to Egencia solution.
Initiated partnership with Expedia car team to build a new solution leveraging Maserati component, Expedia supply layer. Contributed to Expedia code base. 
Onboarded vendor teams in Hyderabad to develop new products: Hiring, knowledge transfer and vendor management.
Helped to build Egencia India Delivery Center: Hiring and Knowledge transfer.

Grew Egencia Program management team from 5 Program Managers to 11 Program Managers, driving a portfolio of 30+ projects in parallel 
Drove weekly business & tech committee meetings to review progress and risks of the entire program portfolio
Key member to drive Egencia Single Global Platform roadmap, program to replace EU/APAC and NA Front Office platform.
Built and managed offshore teams in Hungary, EPAM.
Drove transformation, from waterfall Software Development Life Cycle to Agile SDLC.

Director, Program Management

Senior Program Manager in charge to drive all Egencia EU information system revamp to become independent from KDS solution: worked with diverse Egencia stakeholders (Finance, OPS, Supply, Product, Tech) to define requirements and drove the whole roadmap execution. New information system and application delivered with high quality allowing Egencia EU to expand its platform and online market for the next decade. 
Led the project, FR Train online solution, connecting Egencia system to SNCF via Ravel Gold API, migrating from white label solution to integrated product. More than 90% of online adoption, which remained the strongest online product adoption with high quality and customer satisfaction. Deliveries covered new website capability, automatic ticketing and manual ticketing as well automatic invoicing and reconciliation.   
Drove the digital transformation on invoice. Coordinate the work between Egencia Tech teams (Front office, Back Office) and Cegedim to deliver e-Invoice: Egencia, first TMC to deliver a full E2E online solution to our clients, from shopping to e-invoice.
Revamped Hotel online solution, with a new user-friendly interface, more customer centric by delivering a new sort order optimizing customer satisfaction (Negotiate fare) and Egencia revenue. 
Hired, coached and mentored team members.

Senior Program Manager

IT manager position for Hewlett Packard client. Led a team of 10 talented IT professionals in DevOps mode, covering project development to production deployment, support and maintenance. 
Managed teams in two different locations (Paris, Grenoble), coordinated the work with a model “follow the sun”, covering: Asia, Europe and Central America.
