Do as I say, not as I do… consistency is hard! I spend all day writing content for other people, so naturally, when it comes to my own, it takes a back seat… Perfect example: our team social was LAST WEEK, and I’m only just getting around to posting about it (at lunchtime no less, breaking my own rule of posting earlier in the day). Last Friday, Soar With Us and Hambi Media headed to Manchester for a hugeeee team social 🤝 One of the workshops had the whole team involved in redefining the values of our agency, and what I loved most was how everyone had a voice in shaping them. It wasn’t just a top-down decision; it was a true team effort, and that speaks volumes about the culture here. It’s easy to say “people first,” but actually living it is what makes the difference. It was so nice to be able to see the team IRL and not on a screen💻💻💻 So, here’s my (very late) post, because sometimes the best content is worth the wait🤣
