I am a Consultant Dietitian, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. In 2018 I founded CityDietitians, a group of world leading dietitians offering clinical consultations, media and PR services and product development expertise. I worked for 5 years as a lecturer and researcher in Nutrition and Dietetics at King's College London and Plymouth University before leaving to pursue my business. I continue to hold guest lectureships and work on my research programme. I am an experienced clinical dietitian with specialist skills in intestinal failure and GI surgery as well as functional bowel disorders such as IBS. I have a specialist interest in the dietary management of stoma function and I research within the field of GI surgery. I contribute to the national and international media on a regular basis.
