Responsible for customer service to Labour members and the public, ensuring a first class service was provided to all who contacted the national Labour Party. Including managing a team of 5 staff, setting targets and ensuring they were met.

Responding to queries from Labour members and the public, providing great customer service and maximising membership engagement. Inluded face to face and online training to members.
