Main Responsibilities:
•	Social Media – managing 18 social media accounts from creating daily content to monitoring daily activity.
•	Marketing Campaigns – creating innovative marketing campaigns for new programmes, events, sales promotions, facilities and more.
•	Event Coordinator – managing events from end to end. This includes event creation, planning, delivery and evaluation.
•	PR – writing copy for local press and managing relationships with press.
•	Influencer, Blogger and Celebrity Relations – building relationships with influencers, bloggers and celebrities both in the local area and within the leisure industry in order for them to represent our brand.
•	Copywriter + Blogger – writing copy for our website, social media, marketing materials, marketing campaigns and press.
•	Email Marketing – sending regular email marketing campaigns to a large customer database, staff database and corporate partner database. (Using Datahub, Mailchimp & Brief Your Market mainly)
•	Graphic Design Assistant – creating digital content using Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Canva mainly.
•	Web Editor (Wordpress) – creating content for website and building pages, posts and forms. 
•	Customer Champion – responding to customer comments, queries and complaints daily – outlining customer needs, ensuring these needs are met and improving our customer journey and retention.

Marketing Assistant

In my former role as a Sales Advisor, I worked at a brand new state of the art fitness facility where I was solely responsible for lead and sales generation. Within the first 9 months of this facility being open, whilst I was within the Sales Advisor role, our member count increased from 700 to 3500. I was responsible for assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns and thereafter, delivering these campaign plans to staff and training them where needed. I formed relationships with countless businesses within the local area and created Corporate partnerships that still stand strong in the present day. I would produce all leads and follow up on these leads with personal appointments on site where I would exclusively show the potential members our facilities whilst outlining their wants and needs, and ensuring that we could aid them in achieving these needs. Once they had become members of ours, I then made sure to engage with them regularly, offering them extra support and ensuring that they felt a part of something special. I captured data daily from the customers and from this, began to create a database of information that we have used going forward for our marketing campaigns and retention tools. This has proven very useful as we are now aware of our customers' buying habits, usage habits etc which differed entirely when our new facility opened.
