Marketing Director

In this role, I am responsible for driving retention of Otrium's customer base through multiple touchpoints.

- Sets the global Retention Marketing Vision and Strategy, in alignment with the corporate strategy as set by the Executive Team
- Work cross functionally with the Marketing Leads to design the Marketing, Brand & Customer strategy to deliver long term customer growth
- Work with the Director of Consumer Product to define the product strategy required to support the Retention Marketing Organisation
- Develop and lead a growing, high performing team, which can adapt to organisational change, scale, and deal with the complexities of a rapidly growing business
- Work across the Marketplaces to identify efficiencies and opportunities for further simplicity in our structures and processes
- Deliver long term customer Loyalty by implementing strategies and tactics to drive increased repurchase rate and CLV.

B2B Customer Centric Manager

In the role as a CRM manager at bloomon:
- Responsible for all retention driven channels (e-mail, SMS) and NPS 
- With my team (2FTEs), created top notch customer journeys for different customer journey phases such as activation, nurture, anti-churn, loyalty, refer-a-friend & reactivation
- Being the voice of the customer | organise focus groups, send out surveys and make sure all departments are aware what our customer is thinking of bloomon 
- Closely working with Product/Tech to streamline the product to our customers needs 


bloomon is high-tech and highly-creative, delivering field-fresh flowers direct from local growers to customers in six countries. Since launching in 2014, they are on track to go from living room startup to scale-up at hypersonic speed. You'll find our bouquets in homes across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, U.K., Denmark and France.

CRM Manager 

In my role as email/crm marketeer at bloomon: 
•.     Created all email templates (HTML/CSS) 
•	Daily use of email marketing software (MailChimp/Iterable), database tools (MySQL, Google Analytics, KissMetrics, Tableau) and planning tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello)
•	Project management of newsletter, events and automated emails (coordination of email stakeholders and content)
•	Implemented a new Email Service Provider (ESP) by working closely together with main stakeholders such as Product/Tech/CS
•	Created online journeys for several purposes: acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation 
•	A/B testing on email elements to improve performance and highlight behavioural patterns;
•	Analysis and reporting on email performance main KPIs, such as OR, CTR, CTO, UR, Bounce rate
•	Coordination of email content calendar, to ensure consistency and right email frequency;
•	Creation of automated programs (lifecycle and transactional emails) and segmentation to reach the right customer at the right time via email or SMS 
•	Basic knowledge of Paid Search and Organic (campaigns setup, best practices);

E-Mail Marketeer

Vodafone

- Build NPS and Customer Feedback dashboards from scratch using BigQuery and Tableau 
- Implemented an automated feedback system to streamline the collection and analysis of customer feedback with external agency to collect data for anti-churn model for phone subscriptions

Market Researcher a.i.

Translating market research and business intelligence to actionable insight on market, customer and competitor strategies. Working together with market research companies like GFK and Ipsos. Simultaneously, writing my MSc Marketing Intelligence & Marketing thesis.
