In order to help organisations in Life Sciences solve quality challenges and team issues sustainably, I co-founded the Belgian Branch of StingOrg. We are implementation-oriented consultants - not excelling at fancy PowerPoints - and take our customers by the hand on their path to lasting improvements and personal growth. Backed with a six year PhD in Neuroscience and academic teaching trajectory, and over seven years of experience in quality assurance, project engineering and project management in start-up, scale-up and large corporate environments, I look forward to support our customers in improving performance and achieving their goals. 🚵‍♀️ Strong desire to create value, improve business processes and quality, and thereby impact patient's and people's lives.
