I'm Sophie Storm Roberts (aka Challenge Sophie) and I believe resilience isn't just about bouncing back – it's about using adversity to propel yourself forward. My background blends building high-performing company cultures with pushing my limits as an adventure athlete. I was part of the growth team that built MVF, a startup that won the UK's fastest-growing company (Times Tech Track) and Sunday Times Best Place to Work. After discovering the transformational arena of adventure sports, I embarked on a journey to pursue potential and support others on their journey to achieve the extraordinary. I founded TrailBlazers, a youth empowerment program building confidence and courage in teenage girls struggling with mental health. Today, my work as a mindset coach, keynote speaker and workshop facilitator enables me to leverage my experience to guide individuals and teams to achieve extraordinary results.
