•	Responsible for all financials – including AR, AP, payroll, license and permit management, and tax liabilities in a fast growing business.  
•	Manage health insurance and vacation benefits for eligible employees.  
•	Manage all front-of-house activities including the creation of an employee handbook and establishing SOPs for customer service, food handling, and café maintenance.  Responsible for the hiring, scheduling, and supervising of customer service staff.
•	Primary escalation contact for customers – handles any concerns or complaints, and provides constructive feedback, training, and pertinent resources to employees to improve performance.
•	Collaborates with other department leaders to maintain exceptional quality of product and service, and appropriate production levels to meet demand while minimizing loss from waste.
•	Work closely with designer to create and grow the brand through marketing, merchandising, promotions, and overall aesthetics of the café spaces.
•	Reconcile accounts and generate reports to support the accountant for on-time tax liabilities and financial statements.  Meet quarterly to review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.  Discuss strategies for cost management and additional revenue opportunities.

•	Support service business through asset management: Reconciling AR, AP, and PSA Contracts. 
•	Analyze contract performance, identify inefficiencies, and work with agents, technicians, and other service team members to develop and promote value added protocols.
•	Maintain the Strategic Account Service Business (composite with what was formerly the Retail/Multi-Site business) by performing general tasks including: coordinate service, manage technicians, create estimates, and accurately invoice customers
