Key achievements:
- Launched D2C and B2B nationwide doughnut delivery propositions on the Krispy Kreme UK website, amplified through data-driven & personalised digital advertising which resulted in 376% YoY revenue growth in e-commerce, 387% increase in conversion rate, 786% increase in transactions, 27% improvement in organic search rankings with 195% increase in return on advertising spend.
- Brought the joy of Krispy Kreme doughnuts to over 150k new homes across the UK that could not be reached through traditional supply chains and physical footprint.
- Championed diversity, equity and inclusion in the marketing team; proving the ROI case by constructing and executing the marketing plan for Ramadan and Eid online exclusive doughnuts which resulted in the profitable acquisition of over 500 new customers and 119% increase in fundraising sales vs. 2019.
