1. Conceptualised the design brand guidelines for new joiners shaping the next gen of designers to keep up with the evolving shape of the company leading to influencing the gestation period from 3 months to 1 month.
2. Also a continuation of the first of many KPIs, bought in uniformity to all design deliverables & digital marketing assets that helped resonate a DaMENSCH tonality with the audience which led to a steady rise in 2.5X jump in CTRs & open rates over a period of 4 quarters.

1. Co-created a revamped UI for the brand website, which is one of the most important levers for a D2C brand which in turn led the conversion to rise up from 2.5% to 4% in over 3 quaters.
2. Fulfilled conventional design requirements single-handedly from four different teams - Digital Marketing, E-Com, Social Media, Product Packaging & Merchandising.
