My engagement has two different aspects:
1.	Manage large projects that are implemented by external vendors
2.	Help and teach technical leads to manage their own small projects

Project Delivery Manager

Omnio Group 

1. First part of the contract was to introduce Agile to the two development teams at Omnio
2. Omnio had partnered with An Post to run a number of projects around their banking proposition. My role was to facilitate this engagement and ensure the technology solution is delivered.
3. Omnio had also embarked on an internal project whereby they were moving the An Post customer base from one platform (Azure) to another (AWS).  This project then allowed Omnio to migrate a subset of customer data to the An Post ecosystem allowing users to login to the web and mobile apps.  My role was to co-ordinate and support the migration, troubleshooting and data integrity / cleansing activity.

Agile Project Manager

Lloyds Banking Group

Lead PM for Savings in the Digital Savings team at Lloyds. Managing multiple projects at any one time. Practicing agile methodology. Not a release manager. Accountable for the implementation and responsible for the implementation plan (schedule of events).

Programme 1: Migrate salsa services to a new Liberty container. This way the Savings team can deploy code when ready independent of Business Release Cycle.
Programme 2: Make available to telephony colleagues saving journeys already available in branches.
Programme 3: Create a new journey in MCA using the CWA pattern for colleagues to sell Home Insurance.
Programme 4: Rate Changes – Allow the business to make changes without IT interaction.

Lead IT Project Manager (Savings)

Ditto Bank was a new mobile digital bank (challenger bank) that first appeared on the news late April 2017. I joined in middle of September 2016 as a Senior Project Manager in the Delivery Team. I have undertaken the role of Delivery and Release Manager in the Bank. As such I worked in all projects required to setup the bank from account opening to first transaction in the payments space, applying for a credit card etc. I was with Ditto till the initial launch of the bank. Following that the roles were moved to permanent individuals.

Some of my functions included:
•	Delivery & Release Planning
•	Implementation Plan (Schedule of Events)
•	Managing the delivery of 4+ vendors
•	Managing Internal Delivery
•	Agile Project delivery taking into account waterfall restrictions from vendors
•	Establishing governance and procedures

Williams and Glyn Program:
-	Assignment 1: Cryptography Delivery Manager – Encryption
o	Responsible for delivering the Cryptography readiness for Williams & Glyn. 
-	Assignment 2: Event Manager - Data Migration
o	Started as a project manager in the data migration programme at Williams & Glyn but was soon moved to deliver the cryptography readiness
