Key take-away from my professional journey so far has been to keep learning creative ways to co-create value and prioritize building relationships. I am privileged to connect with great minds while working at Infosys, HCL Technologies and IBM. This has helped me explore and understand a varied buyer persona and different technologies across geographies and industries. As a Senior Account Manager at LinkedIn India, I got to expand my strategic knowledge on industries, technologies and people, to drive results. With Generative AI turning into an order qualifier for products/platforms, high Emotional intelligence (EI) in buyer interactions would become order winner. I partner with customer-facing leaders, to help them leverage the power of LinkedIn and understand their buyers better. I am aiming towards creating a safer, happy and sustainable environment and open to ideas that can direct me towards this goal. For the betterment of society, I believe sustainable education is a must! One must never stop learning and upskilling.
