Business Transformation Manager brought on for a 6-month contract (extended by two months to complete delivery cycles) to support IT and Digital transformation for an eCommerce business. Led initiatives from inception/ideation to delivering successful business enablement and transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

• Uplifted CRM tools and migrated key customer support collateral to improve transparency and speed of communication leading to an overall improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Leveraged a combination of in-house and 3rd party solutions to transform business operations including warehousing and inventory to deliver operational efficiency resulting in a reduction in order processing time. Provided a single point of contact for the overall solution through strategy, delivery, and into operating phases.

• Effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to enable the seamless integration of new solutions in a way that wouldn't affect normal running operations ensuring that there was no impact on end customers.

Worked as a youth worker supporting under-privileged communities while studying for both my Bachelor's and Master's degree.

• Wrote funding bids and applications to source funding for centre facilities and presented pitches to award panels, successfully raising over £5,000 from various funding bodies and grants.
