• Led product technical team of 3 Co-Founders (including myself) to build a mobile sneaker recognition application similar to Google Lens for which when a user takes a picture of a shoe, the application renders the name and the websites to buy the shoe using a Custom Neural Network stored in an AWS Cloud Instance.

• Our application is able to recognize 100k of the most popular sneakers with 90% accuracy. Our app has been live since February 2023, has 800+ users, and is scalable to react to market demand.

• Tested product market fit during application development and navigated the legal process to ensure security for all parties.

• Designed, implemented, and maintained systems, APIs, and microservices to optimize the transferring and parsing of digital and print subscription data.

• Led team of 3 software engineers to build, test, and deploy an iOS app enabling delivery agents to submit complaints about newspaper delivery, resulting in compatibility across all devices.

• Prototyped machine learning chatbot that’s able to recognize user intents to process user complaints, problems, subscription cancellations, and vacation request status updates with Natural Language Processing with 80% accuracy from a 1 GB data set of actual conversations between subscribers and live agents.

• Optimized data transfer and visualization process by designing and developing an app to collect and map data from Splunk to an internal Graphite Server, and then have it displayed through Grafana.

• Converted a 100 MB repository of  corporate build scripts from Apache Ant to Gradle.
