In a career spanning 20 years, I have gained considerable experience in Audio/Visual media and Training/Coaching. In audio media I have hosted a specialist music radio show on both local and national stations, secured publishing deals and international licenses for my own songs, written songs and collaborated with Top 20 producers as well as Mentored and Coached artists and songwriters. In visual media I have produced and directed features for TV, assisted lighting on Films, written and directed a short film and provided principle camera work on numerous corporate videos, as well as run my own commercial photography business with clients including BAFTA, HEAT Magazine, NOW magazine and the National press. My training and coaching experience includes 5 years working with NEETS in developing self confidence, team building and life skills using media projects and one to one sessions. More recently I have worked with new Business start-ups via specialist workshops and one to one coaching, with the Chamber of Commerce experiencing 20% increases in business ready clients referred directly from me. In my own life I have overcome limiting self beliefs and compulsive behaviours by adapting a spiritually centred approach; all my work and expressions are heart centred and for my own and others well being. I practice mindfulness in all areas of my life and encourage my clients to develop their inner selves.
