•	Developed and oversaw the manufacturing processes for a C-17 carbon fiber inlet air intake, including layup procedures, material kits, and autoclave cure cycles.
•	Calculated raw material needs and coordinated supplier delivery of composite materials including pre-impregnated carbon fiber and graphite epoxy.
