Product Manager in the US Army's Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) under the Army CIO, for the Code Resources and Transformation Ecosystem (CReATE).

Led a team that implemented code security tools and automated CI/CD pipelines for software developers in a secure cloud environment. Drove cybersecurity policy (Army DevSecOps playbook) that integrated security engineering into software product teams- policy was signed and implemented by Army CIO. 

Collaborated with partners across the Army, including the Army Software Factory under Army Futures Command (AFC) and the Army Analytics Group (AAG).

Did all of this as an active duty 1LT and learned life long lessons in "bureaucracy Jiu-Jitsu".

DevSecOps Product Manager, Army CIO

Platoon Fire Direction officer in B BTRY/2-82FA, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cav Division. Was responsible for tactical fire direction of Artillery on an 8 month rotation to the Republic of Korea in support of the ROK-US Alliance, in a joint, multinational environment close to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).

Battalion staff officer post-rotation, back in Fort Hood, Texas.

Did pre-rotation trainup at Fort Hood and Fort Irwin (Pegasus Forge III, NTC rotation 19-03, Bradley Fire Support Vehicle Sustainment Gunnery Tables I-VI) and then rotated to the Republic of Korea in support of the ROK-US Alliance.

My product concept during the program was a VR training platform for military/LEO that integrated biofeedback data in order to increase user performance during physiologically/psychologically stressful situations.

Pet Wireless/Tailio (Acquired by Nestle Purina)

Product Management/Product Marketing at Pet Wireless, a venture backed IoT startup. Pet Wireless was acquired in 2018 by a Fortune 500 company, Nestle Purina. 

Recruited and led software development team under time pressure to deliver mobile apps for Tailio, an animal health IoT product. Was responsible for product roadmap, management, and high level user experience design of mobile apps for iOS and Android. Conducted user experience research study of pet owners. 

Recruited and led graphic design team during fast-paced crowdfunding campaign. Participated in go to market strategy/PR/marketing ideation efforts pre/during/post campaign. Crowdfunding campaign was successful and raised over $100,000.

Helped source investment deals for angel/venture investment in company. Participated in creation of high level investor documents such as investor slide deck. Utilized knowledge of human psychology to create branding materials that resonated with target market. Participated in investment discussions with Fortune 500 investors.
