I am an ex Commercial Director for an Essex Based Facades & Drylining Company. In 2012 I had a serious health scare and had to make a choice of weather to continue with my excessive lifestyle and potentially not live much longer or change my life. I chose to change my life and how I treated my body. After 6 months of searching and self experimentation I found kinesiology which gave me the tools to heal my body and my mind. This revolutionary perception shift changed everything in my world and I chose to stop drinking to avoid refined sugar and ultra processed foods, I chose to eat mostly organic and am now reaping the benefits of this 13 year shift. Today I am the most confident, organised, disciplined, happiest version of myself I have ever been and this grows stronger every day. I am truly grateful for this health scare and how I chose to now live my life.
