Spyroula holds a BA and MA in Turkish Studies from the University of Cyprus. She received a Master in Business Administration (MBA-Employee Relations) from the University of Leicester (UK). She has a long experience in the field of teaching foreign languages, specifically Greek and Turkish, to adult learners. Valuable experience was gained when teaching Turkish in private and public secondary schools in Cyprus. She is an enthusiastic teacher with a passion for teaching and inspiring others, young and adult learners. While studying at the Cyprus University of Cyprus (CUT) for the MA in Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), she developed a Moodle Platform for the Learning/Teaching purposes of her Master thesis “L2 Turkish Curriculum Development in the Republic of Cyprus: Evaluation and Improvement’’. Currently, she is studying for the MA in Adult Education (Hellenic Open University), as she strongly supports lifelong learning. She participated in many bi-communal projects as a facilitator and trainer. Volunteering is on her agenda, thus she serves as a Greek language teacher in NGOs, to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
